A fun, inclusive workout. All fitness levels can enjoy these classes. All instructors are knowledgeable and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Extremely motivating. I lost 25 lbs going to ABC fitness helping to lower my border-line high blood pressure.

The camaraderie and fun that we have also keeps me coming back. I have never experienced this in any other fitness program that I have attempted in the past 25 years.

Since I started I have gone from taking 3 blood pressure medications and two diabetes medications to none. My A1C went from 7.3  to 5.4 and have lost one hundred and eighty pounds. I have more energy, and walking is definitely easier from the weight loss and strengthening the muscles in my legs.
